Today I was sitting at the Nina Thiel table in PMC and was talking to Tony about my teaching. I said I don't know where to teach yet. And he said, "Try Colorado." Now this is like the third or fourth time someone has immediately suggested or said something about the Coloradian music education system for me. I remember Mrs. Bartel talking about how they reinstated 70 or so art and music education programs in the Denver School System. Maybe this is God trying to tell me something...

Dream again

I had a dream last night that Kenai got mangled and his snout was cut off so he had no nose and his coat was really bad.

Cool I just saw a commerical for Annette's church on TV and I was seeing if I could see her but I didn't... next time I look I'll look for Tamara I'm sure she's in the choir

Dream

I had a dream that the Packers won their final preseason game 91-7, and that the punter missed a kick but then grabbed it off the ground and kicked it again; it was like a replay on the news and the announcer said "This shouldn't happen" and stuff like that.

I can't wait for the regular season to start! Sept. 13. Plenty of time for us to get ready.

Aw right

I'm back at school! I am really excited. Classes start tomorrow and I don't have classes until 12:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that is only if I get into UChoir! Which I hope I do! Callbacks went really well today so it seems very promising.

Well, ok

I've been getting harassed about not posting in this thing, so here I go.

I just want to say that our new dog is awesome. His name is Kenai and he is a husky, I believe a purebred. He has one blue and one brown eye. And he is so sweet. I'll have pictures up as soon as they are available.

I can't wait to go back to school. 5 days! And I hope I get that job down there, I just called to see if they recieved my resume, and they did and they are going through resumes right now so I hope I get that job. It isn't the video store I thought it was, it's at another one farther away, but hey, I don't care at all, it's money! Everyone please pray I get that or another job nights and weekends this year!

Ok that's it.

And now I update.  Wonderful.  I get so caught up in the lj thingy I forget about this.  Oh well.  When I start school, I'll use this one for every day stuff and the other for teaching.  Or maybe the other way around.  Who knows.

Yeah

Mom and I after our talk and arguement a few nights ago haven't been at each other's throats for the first time in a few weeks. Which I really like... she's easier to stand right now, at least. I haven't had a drink since two nights ago when we got in that huge arguement. Which is good. I'm thinking more and more it's me being 21 and the drinking thing that has caused those arguements.

Oh dang they are playing stupid ZZ Top on the radio right now...

I'm up at Grandma's now, staining the shop. So that's fun. And I'm getting paid good money to do it... and then I'm probalby mowing Grandpa's lawn tomorrow. So yeah! I'm up in door country working. And maybe I"ll get that other job so I can do that too and work up here. Ya know?
